This time around I just let D color right onto the paper but next time I'm just going to let him color the plastic and then place a large piece of paper over it when he's finished. Then pull it up and hang to dry.
I also had a bucket full of soapy water with a sponge so he could wash he hands when ever he wanted.
one of his favorite things to do!
