ABC's

D went from knowing 10 ABC's to 18 in as little as a month! The ones with a red sticker he knows without hesitation. The other ones he'll say but sometimes forget. I'm so proud of him. He's been on an ABC kick lately. He's even started to sing them!

New Year's Resolution: Be Fit

"It's not about perfection, it's about persistence"

January Goal- Running
I chose the Couch to 5k Program. I got up to Week 5 Day 1 (the 28) but it was a bit difficult so I went back down to Week 4. Everything in red is when I ran and the details. How long I walked, how long I ran and some of them include miles. Everything in pen is extra. Anything from Insanity, Zumba, 30 Day Shred, Hip Hop class, Barre Body Class, BBL on the treadmill and the StairMaster.
