New Year's Resolution: Be Fit

January Goal- Running

I chose the Couch to 5k Program. I got up to Week 5 Day 1 (the 28) but it was a bit difficult so I went back down to Week 4. Everything in red is when I ran and the details. How long I walked, how long I ran and some of them include miles. Everything in pen is extra. Anything from Insanity, Zumba, 30 Day Shred, Hip Hop class, Barre Body Class, BBL on the treadmill and the StairMaster. 

Goal: Books

I'd love to read these in my lifetime. I've read Harry Potter's first three books a few times but I never got through the series so I want to start all over. I don't want to miss any detail.
